Maria designs custom solutions around her clients’ objectives and actively manages their implementation to maximize candidate and company performance.

Tanya’s 15 years of strategic talent advisory development encompasses recruitment, as well as broader human resources account management responsibilities, built on experience in global and boutique recruiting firms. Client focused and fully engaged on their behalf, Tanya has significant experience in talent acquisition for bank and non-bank financial institutions.

Brian is a trusted human capital leader with more than 25 years of expertise in talent acquisition, resource management, workforce planning, and talent management specializing in: Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Risk Management, Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Finance, and IT. Brian has a strong business acumen and excels at building strong relationships, understanding complex business motivators, and partnering with the business to provide sound advice and support on transforming their talent acquisition strategies to enable success. While managing portfolios across Canada, Brian was responsible for building a Canadian Bank’s U.S. Talent Acquisition function and was an integral part of the Bank’s M&A deal team. He has been successful at resourcing large multimillion dollar projects on time and on budget.

Brian is currently a member of SHRM and the Past Chair of the Programs Committee for HRPA.

David Robertson is the founder of Robertson & Company and Prime Hires, and works with business leaders across Canada, the United States and Europe. A recognized expert advisor in financial services talent strategy, Dave has led hundreds of successful senior, professional and C-level searches over the past 30-plus years.

Dave serves on government and industry advisory boards, as well as the boards of non-profits, and he has contributed to community groups active in human rights, youth sports, and the arts.
