A Top 25 global financial institution needed to hire 200 specialized IT professionals to launch a new regional Technology Hub to drive digital transformation. Despite the strategic importance of thisinitiative, the bank faced a critical roadblock: their internal talent acquisition function didn\u2019t have the expertise required to source and evaluate the specialized technical talent required. Their internaltalent acquisition team was designed for retail operations, not highly specialized digital and technology professionals. Without a dedicated team with the knowledge of IT roles in the banking sector to drive this specific project, the bank spent months with zero hires, stalling cloud modernization and increasing significant cybersecurity and revenue risks.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We audited the bank’s compensation and branding, which wereuncompetitive for the tech sector.
