That should tell us something. If detection tools are advancing this quickly, the problem they\u2019re solving is already here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">AI in Recruitment: Helpful, But Not There Yet<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">I\u2019m a big believer in using technology to improve recruiting. I\u2019ve spent years leading teams that implement it.<\/span><span
